As I’ve mentioned, Concord Pacific will soon be bringing its Concord Metrotown Community to life and this project will be located on the site of the former Sears department store in Metropolis at Metrotown.
Phase one of the master-planned Concord Metrotown community is Skypark which ushers in a reconceptualization of downtown Burnaby.
Skypark will consist of a 45-story (530 ft.) tower, designed by the IBI Group. It will include 429 units, ranging from one-bedrooms, up to three-bedroom and den units, and feature a 66,000 sq. ft. Sky Park on top of the building.
The good news is we now have floor plans available for the units! There are 9 different floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom homes at 534 sq/ft with indoor/outdoor solarium between 128-140 sq/ft to 3-bedroom homes at 1072 sq/ft with indoor/outdoor solariums of 518 sq/ft.
There isn’t any pricing available for any of the homes as of yet so, please be patient. Concord Pacific and I will let you know the moment they are available.
If you’re interested in this incredible project coming soon to Metrotown, the best thing to do is register so you can be on the VIP list and receive updates the moment they are available.
Down in the description below is a link for you to register. Once you have registered you will receive an email package with the floor plate and floor plans and you will be able to select your top three suite preferences.
The deadline to be put on the VIP list and to select your top 3 suite preferences is Nov. 30th so, make sure you register right away.
Now, I should mention that selecting your top three suite preferences does not commit you to purchase a unit. This just gives Concord Pacific an idea of what you’re most interested in when they add you to the VIP list.
If you have already registered, you will have received an email with the floor plans. Be sure to read through that and make your top 3 suite selection preferences before Nov. 30th
