In today’s video, I’m going to cover what’s happened in the Vancouver real estate market through the month of October, and we’ll discuss whether there is a housing crisis in Vancouver and if we’re heading for a crash. Let’s first look at last month’s stats. There was a 29% increase from the sales recorded in October 2019 to those recorded in October 2020 and a 1.2 % increase from the homes sold in September of 2020. Last month’s sales were 37.4 % above the 10-year October sales average, making it the 2nd highest on record for the month.
