This new development will be unlike anything before here in Metro Vancouver. Be sure to register here for VIP access to this project. https://concordmetrotown.com/affiliate/craig-veroni
Now enveloping all of this like a great big wellness hug will be a revolutionary 400m running loop. You will be able to run in the sky.
Naturally, the Skypark level is the crown jewel of the project and will cater to the physical and mental wellness of its residents. It is a true urban oasis.
Now if you’ve been paying attention, you’re probably thinking hang on a second you said there will be a 723-foot tall building and there will be. The Skypark building is the central tower and will be constructed first. The other two towers, including tower one which will measure 723 feet tall, will flank Skypark.
The marketing team for this project has asked me to be a social media ambassador for them. The great news for you is this means you will have first access to this project when it comes to market.
If this project interests you, down in the description below is a link for you to register so you can be kept up to date on all the details as they become available.
Now, Concord Metrotown will be the genesis of the mega transformation in downtown Burnaby. You see Metropolis at Metrotown is going to be completely redeveloped. This highly anticipated redevelopment incorporates excitement, inclusivity, and sustainability.
It will include 1.7 million sq. ft. of new spaces to support its status as an urban activity, commerce, civic, and educational centre.
There will be two acres of proposed green space and three acres of plaza — including a large civic plaza adjacent to Metrotown Station that will foster social engagement.
So, when I said something big was coming to Metrotown I wasn’t using hyperbolae.
I recently filmed the Metrotown area for my Top 5 Neighbourhoods in Burnaby video. Let me show you around the neighbourhood.
Something really big is coming to Metrotown. You’re going to want to stick around as I tell you all about it right after this.
Hey, everyone. I’m Craig Veroni with RE/MAX Masters Realty. I’m your local real estate agent here in Vancouver, BC.
In today’s video, I’m going to let you know about something really big that’s coming to Metrotown and when I say big I mean huge. Like 723 feet tall — taller than the current tallest building in Vancouver and all of B.C. which is the Shangri-La residences and hotel standing at 659 ft.
OK, let me back up and start from the beginning. Concord Pacific will soon be bringing it’s Concord Metrotown Community to life. This project will be located on the site of the former Sears department store in Metropolis at Metrotown.
Sky Park, which is phase one of the master-planned Concord Metrotown community, ushers in a reconceptualization of downtown Burnaby.
Ideally situated in the Metropolis at Metrotown vicinity, Concord Metrotown redefines the living and amenity spaces to encourage a balanced life and what they have envisioned is insane. In a good way.
As I said, Phase one of Concord Metrotown will be called Skypark and will consist of a 45-storey (530 ft.) tower, designed by the IBI Group. It will include 429 units, ranging from one-bedroom homes, up to three-bedroom and den homes.
The reason this building is called Skypark is there will be a 66,000 sq. ft. Sky Park on top of the building.
That 66,000 sq/ft space will be divided into 3 beautiful spheres of private gardens and gathering places all connected with a network of pathways. The wellness sphere consisting of a conservatory, a fitness centre, outdoor yoga lawn, outdoor sports court, a pet spa, dog park, and a tea house.
The hydrosphere will consist of a swimming pool, children’s water play area, and saunas.
The social sphere will feature outdoor work pods, an outdoor co-working garden terrace, an entertainment lounge, and an Orangerie. An Orangerie for crying out loud!
