If you've been looking for an easy way to find MLS sold home prices anywhere in Metro or Greater Vancouver then watch this video! Whether you're buying or selling, being able to find sold homes prices in your area is incredibly helpful. Watch this video to find out how to do it in just a few clicks.

You can now find MLS SOLD home prices on my website for the past 3 months to 2 years and I’m going to show you how right after this.

Hey everyone, I’m Craig Veroni with RE/MAX Masters Realty. I’m your local real estate agent here in Vancouver, BC.
In today’s video, I’m going to show you how you can find MLS SOLD home prices for any area in Metro & Greater Vancouver for the past 3 months to 2 years right on my website.

My website provider, Realty Ninja has given a select few agents early access to this fantastic new feature so we can beta test it. Real estate agents are now allowed to provide sold listing data to the public through something called a VOW
or Virtual Office Website.

A VOW (Virtual Office Website) is when a real estate website offers consumers (ie: potential home buyers) the ability to create a password-protected account in order to view additional listings, additional listing data and search historical sales on the MLS®.

This means that you now have access to all this information right on my website so let me show you how to access it.

First, navigate to my website at www.craigveroni.ca, then in the navigation bar at the top, click on MLS Search.
If you haven’t watched this terrific video about where to live in Vancouver yet make sure to do so.

Alright, let’s scroll to the bottom drop-down menu. Active listings is selected by default but simply click on the menu to be able to search for sold data for the past 3, 6, 9, 12, or 24 months. Pick the one you want and this menu will pop up for you to create your VOW account.

Fill out your name, email, and phone number then choose your password. Here, you’ll find the VOW terms of use. Feel free to read them. Click agree and then click register.

That’s it. You’re all set to view MLS sold listing data for any area from Vancouver to Pemberton, or Vancouver to Chilliwack.

Once you’ve logged in, select the city or neighbourhood. I’m going to select North Vancouver. Now, you have the option to view all of North Vancouver or select specific neighbourhoods.

Next, select your property type. You can then refine your search further by narrowing down the parameters of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, square footage, and year built.

As you’ll see each time you make an adjustment the homes are automatically displayed below. A really handy feature is that you can save this search and subscribe to email alerts which will notify you of any new listings matching the search criteria you’ve selected.

You can also select how to sort them and you’ll find the sorting options here.

Finally, you’ll be able to choose from Grid View which is the default or list view, table view, and map view.

Have fun finding sold home prices in Metro Vancouver and I'll see you in the next video.

Wow. I can't believe I almost forgot to tell you about the other great feature you get when you create a VOW account.

You'll also be able to search Exclusive Listings. These are listings agents have chosen not to list on the MLS and as long as they have VOW enabled for these listings on their website, you'll be able to see them.

Thanks.
Craig
